Hello Seniors,
Please help me in drafting the format for communicating the training calendar to the employees.
I have worked very hard on creating a training calendar and want to reinforce the same by powerpacked communication to the employees.
Please suggest me how to go about generating such an employee comunication.
Regards

Hi,
Seems you have done the hard work of developing a training calender.
Priortize the need of departments and send the mail (include the WIIFM, thats when a buyin will happen and people will look forward to attend the program) to department heads.
Workout when, where and how you can conduct the training programs.

Thank you very much for your reply Sir, however, are there any innovative ways to communicate it to the employees?
Say through attractive powerpoint ppts or some attention arresting PDF document?
If anyone has any such documents please upload here for members perusal.

This is so discouraging.
Can anyone tell me how do they communicate their training calendar to their employees?
Do you send a pdf or ppt along with the training calendar file? How do you motivate employees to read through the training calendar?

Why not try things in groups? Explain the calendar to the managers and have them present it to their groups and ask for their feedback on it. But remember, you must be willing to consider the feedback if you choose to ask for it. I realize it's been a while since this post but I hope it may help a bit. Making the process simple is also a good way to have employee engagement. They don't want a lot of stuff to read. They want to get to the point and have it explain to them how it will improve the organization and themselves.
