Does the HR department have the right to withdraw access to the official email of the employee during the gardening leave? Then how does the employee access the communication between him/her and the HR especially regarding the resignation/notice period etc

Dear Dinesh,
If your email ID has been suspended during your garden leave then you may communicate through your personal email ID. In case if the particular information is stored in your PC/laptop and if you cannot access it then you intimate your inability accordingly.

HR Department may have got the organisation ID & access access denied fearing possible misuse of official data while the employee is on Garden Leave. As suggested above you can use your personal ID to communicate with HR Department
