I have been working in an IT company in Lucknow, in that my company deducted my pf only for two months, my question is that can I withdraw my complete amount from my pf account i.e can I do final settlements from my account.

A employee is working in company and nominated his mother in PF at time of joining, recently he got Married and after few days of marriage employee die, then who will be owner of his money deposited at PF. wife or mother.
Kindly advise.

Dear Puspendra By default Wife may receive PF amount and pension. But if mother is also depended. And both claim for PF amount. Then it is disputed matter and PF commissioner is authority to decide.

Hi, Its only two month contribution. You can transfer your 2 months PF money to your new employer PF account.

Dear Friend, You may withdraw your employee & employer PF of (12% +3.67%). For EPS withdrawal minimum eligibility of 6 months of contribution to be remit.
