Dear Sankalp,
Do you have evidence that shows that the team building games motivate salespersons and motivation, in turn, improves their productivity? If yes, then would you mind to share this evidence on this forum? It will be an education to other members of this forum.
The feedback given at the field is the No 1 motivating factor for the salespersons. There are other factors also. Call me on my mobile and I shall tell you how to improve the performance.
Thanks,

Dear Sir,
I respect your comment, I know you have vast knowledge compare to me. Also to inform you that I am subscriber of your you tube channel & watch your videos to enhance knowledge. I amazed to my question now... but I believe it always have an impact if anything could be taught thru interactive sessions like plays, games etc. And I ask for few suggestions only...

Dear Sankalp,
It is not a question as to who has got what level of knowledge. My point is limited to ROI on each activity. We the HR professionals must take accountability for the activities that we undertake.
A large number of HR professionals do not measure the ROI and that is why they are not valued. I do not wish you to join their bandwagon. Hene my questions.
The productivity of the salespersons is a complex subject and a few games were to improve it then the world would have been a far easier place to live in. But then that exactly is not the case.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
