I work for a Real estate company in Navi Mumbai as SE HR Generalist.Want tto know what are the free apps or tools are there to track my presales/sales team attendance and their productivity as how they are working and what days they are working.Because they said they have worked on thier weekoffs also.So want to track entire activitites of those employees.And it will be easier for me to mark attendance also.

Dear Ankita,
Your employees are working from home those days.
You have no trust on them and want to monitor their working. For this you are looking for free apps & tools.
You need to define WFH policy for your company, define the guidelines for WFI and include in it the productivity/ sales criteria with measurement.
With tracking apps or tools how you are going to draw a line between work and home?
If you need help in drafting WFH policy, you can email me but that will be purely on commercial terms. Not all services and apps & tools are available at free of cost.

Please find the attachment in which some solutions are there for you. That won't be free as what I feel but still I am sharing it for you.
Even though you go for such apps, you have to have WFH Policy for your company.
