Dear Sir, Employee salary less than 21000 in the month of Apr-19 (ESIC contributed for the same) & In the month of June-19 salary increased more than 21000. In this case how to contribute ESIC contribution! Continue contribution up to Sep-19 or No need to contribute ESIC from June-19 onwards?
Please suggest.

Hi, You are supposed to pay contribution till the end of contribution period i.e sep-19 and from october you can remove the IP from ESI contribution. Regards, KM

Dear Sir,
Kindly Provide Information If employer deduct ESI Contribution above wage ceiling 21000 from beginning of contribution Period and Submit to ESI and ESI accept his contribution (no objection from ESI till death of IP). Later on employee die on duty due to employment injury and when Family go to ESI, they refuse to give benefit and giving the reason IP was drawing salary more than ESI wage Ceiling. ESI contribution is deduct from employee salary and submit to ESI till death. now what can family do in this case.
Thank You
