Hi Aditi,
Congratulation on ur passing out Diploma. Cud u tell me whts the duration of diploma course. it's direct or correspondence..??
In fact I don't have also much experiance in this free lance line.
However, If u get some knowledge about EPF & ESI and Central Excise work, it could became a +point for u. U can contact locally some small organisation who normally get these works thru consultant. and earn handsome amount. Even in big/large organisations a no. of Contractors work with more than 20 workers take help of freelancers to do such things. So u can think on it.
One more thing u can do that as you are dealing with the resumes and personnel bio-datas... u can create a data bank of different qualification and localitywise then ur way will be open to work as a freelancer as a consultancy.....
Please get back to me n ur reactions
byeee.. all the best.

Hi,
Before you think of taking up work in HR on freelance basis, you need to understand what ur strengths are or where you would wanna be 2 yrs frm now. This would help you to shape ur career and move in the direction which would help attain ur career goals. It would be easier for others to comment on which are u should go in for, if you could share the details of your diploma course.

Hi
Thanks for your updates.
I am basically comfortable with paper work of HR in my current organisation. But it is expected to have experience in recruitments if you need to be in HR.
HR is a vast subject but i guess there is large scope only for Resource executive.
I do not have experience in Recruitments, as we have resource executive person in our organisation. But i help her in extracting the resumes from job boards.
I scored very well in Organisational behaviour, Industrial Relations , HRM, manpower planning , business communication and IT for Mngmt. The other subjects were business law, Principles of mngmt, Marketing mngmt, and Accounts.
Is there any scope for me?
