Hi Bukkie,
Could you share your qualification and experience if you have?
I suggest you to study well instead of looking for sample questions and answer or kind of material. See these material can just help you in some to get clear your exam but certainly not gonna help you to understand the concepts better and this would be a incomplete understanding of something.
For example :
Under HRMP (Human Resource Management Professional) study, notes can give you specific answer of specified questions and by reading and learning them you can somehow clear your exams but can never actually give you a good understanding on "Interpersonal Skills and Development" and until you get understand this wont be able to reach the motive of your study.
By learning or study sample questions paper or material, how can you acquire Leadership Skills, Business communication and process management, and other required knowledge. Not even a basic understanding about Organizational Development you can have by this way.
Now its you decide, what you wanna do and by where you wanna go. Hope you are getting what i am intended to say here.
I again, suggest you to study by books and material you have provided by your Collage/University. Also can speak to any seniors/mentor and can seek help of any mate/friend or family but spent time with Books.
Books actually are our good friends and notes just can play a role of a friend for few time but can never be our friend and give us what we required most in actually.
All the Best

Dear Arora,
Thank you for your feedback.
It would be appreciated if you can recommend some books like you emphasised in your response. The intent of the question is to have an insight and learn from other peoples (senior colleagues) experience that have taken the programme or a related one and get some advice into career advancement on HR management.
Once again thank you for your feedback

Dear Bukkie,
I fully agree with what Mr Anil Arora wrote to you. It's reading books which truly develops your understanding of the subject. In addition I would suggest that read as many case studies as possible (apart from what you would have in your curriculum). Many business news
papers/magazines these days carry good articles on personnel management.Read them whenever possible. All this shall widen your horizons.
