Do You mean "Compliance"? Hosiery (Garments) is Manufacturing Process, thus in Industrial Establishment Category and the "Occupier" and or the Factory Manager, so designated & Notified, is are reponsible for following Key Complaince, inter alia:
1. Factories Act;
2. Industrial Employment(Standing Orders) Act;
3. Payment of Wages Act;
4. PF & Misc Provisions Act;
5. I D Act (Grievance Redressal Committee);
6. Sexual Harassment ofWome at Workplace (P,P & R) Act 2013 & the Rules ( Constitution of Internal Committee, Display of Esta's PoSH Policy, DischargingDuties of Employer under Section-19, Filing Annual Report under Sections-21 & 22 etc;
7. Gratuity Act;
8. Maternity Act;
9. Payment of Bonus Act;
10. Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act
