You can format/reorder your own template for grading to suit your requirement giving appropriate weightage based on your requirements.
Reg. Freight Forwarding: The grading could be serialised on the basis of the following in this order:
1) Frequency & destinations and overnight services
2) Safety & security
3) Promptness & 24 x 7 services
4) Freight & handling, storage, packaging facility & inspection formalities, if any
5) Capability to handle break bulk cargo, container handling, perishable items
6) On the desk insurance cover
7) Door to door collection & delivery network
8) Payment terms
9) Tracking shipments techniques and online/digital networks.
10)IATA knowledge & certification.
Reg. Logistics: This also more or less in the same order excepting additions in respect of
i) Supply chain services management
ii) Availability of fleet and all types & size of vehicles, in time
iii) Documentation-Preparation & submission- especially under GST regime for inland logistics.
iv) Sound knowledge on Customs & Assessment , inspection & clearance formalities
v) Experienced personnel on all the above aspects who should possess 'H' & 'G' card.
v) Inspection and Valuation/certification specialists.
