Recently i have joined an IT Partnership firm in Gurgaon .
It has its registered office at Delhi but the corporate office in in Gurgaon .
Currently we are providing 8 CL and 12 SL to our employees for calendar year apart from all the National Holidays.
Just need to confirm , is it mandatory to provide Privilege Leave or Earned Leave to Employees???

You office must have registered under Shops and Establishment Act. Leave as applicable under the act to be provided.

Yes. EL / PL Is required. You need to see the relevant provisions under the UP shop and establishment rules and the model standing orders that may apply
