actually all leave divided by per year. suppose 10 cl than 365/10=36.5=1 cl.
if any employee have been not taken any leave in last 4 months than you can give 4 cl in any month.
in my factory cl-10,sl-8 & El-16/18.

Dear Friend, As per law ( Shops & est act , Factories act) for every 20 days of working one Earned leave has to allow,remaining leaves you may allow as per your company policy.

The general principle is that the employee can avail of leave, that is credited to his account, as per his requirement and as per the exigencies of the employer; there is no monthly or weekly or periodical quota. Of course, the management can regulate but cannot dictate how and when the employee can avail of the leave in his credit.

you can allow employee to take 12 sick leave, 22 annual leave and 2 restricted holiday in a calendar year as per shops and establishment act.
