I am not able to understand the question, Mr.Kapil Kumar Ved. Companies Act,1956 will be applicable only to an establishment registered under it whereas a Trust is one created under the Indian Trusts Act,1882. That apart, when such organization, irrespective of its nature being a registered company or a Trust, carries on its activities and the main purpose of which is whether deriving profits or charity, with the systematic co-operation of its employees, the employees have all the rights provided for under the Labour Laws applicable to it.

Dear Kapil,
Leave provisions under Labour Laws differ from Act to Act depending upon the nature of the establishment as well as nature of the work of the employees covered. A hospital is an "establishment" under the State Shops and Establishments Act. So, pl refer to the leave provisions of your State Act.
