Dear NIni,
What's your background? Have you studied Research Methodology as a topic in your course? Have you searched CiteHr and read and digest the posts on doing PhD. Have you searched the web and read scholarly articles on Change Management to see what others have done, how, and why that way and if any gap exists in the knowledge?

Hello Simhan,
Thank you for your answer,
I've bachelor's degree in business management and master in organizational psychology. I've studied Research methodology. And yes, I've searched web and am currently reading posts and articles about change management. I'm new to CiteHr so i have not seen much here. All information that i have got so far are statistics and change models. I could not connect them with my research. you know I'm limited in research field, because not all companies would allow me to do research of their employees. I'm thinking that service providers, such as software developers would provide good study. I'm interested in organizational change history and dynamics, what was done well and what was not. but i must narrow the research topic. I need something specific, that's why I posted a question here.
Thank you once again for you concern and if you have some suggestions everything would be helpful for me.
Regards,
Nino
