Dear Gaurav,
There is one observation from my side. PDCA is based on TQM.
TPM is different. Normally TPM starts with 5 S. The Japanese certifying agencies are also different. Please discuss this also with your top Management.

@ V.Raghunathan Sir, We are using PDCA technique for every Role/ Designation . Here TPM is not related to 'management' , but to the role. :) Regards, Gaurav.
