Pursing further Career in HR is a tough question to answer. Since HR is a blooming field wherein everyday new topics-subjects come into focus.
I would advise you to have a thorough glance at the subjects available and also consult the people working in that area. This would give a glimpse like how the HR run is all about.
Here your interest also matters,what you want to do after the so study you do in HR.
Whether you want to work or continue studies again or become a consultant or likewise.

Are you studying MBA now or working??
And answering to the question, it depends on what specialization you are doing/did in MBA.
According to the specialization,you can choose right path/further studies : may be a Phd or DBA or MS...
Make sure you have set a definate goals,as what will add your value to your career if you pursue this.
