The training calendar is prepared to fulfil the organisation's training needs. These needs differ from one company to another. Therefore, what is applicable to some other company may not be applicable to you. In this connection, my first question is have you done the TNA? If yes, then on what parameters?
Secondly, yours is the automobile industry. Therefore, the management of the supply chain is very important for your business. Therefore, have you identified direct and indirect costs associated with each department involved in the supply chain? You need to organise the training programme(s) to manage these costs. Otherwise, training efforts will go to waste.
