An outbound training program would help. Hire a resort on the outskirts of a city and conduct simple English course with them. Train on them on communication skills and email writing manner.

Hi
Please let me know if I have correctly identified your purpose:
You wish to run a motivational training program which will reduce employee turnover.
If this is correct, may I ask what is the basis on which you say that a Training Program on Motivation will address the turnover problem effectively? We all know that a number of factors affect employee turnover - so why do you say that motivation is lacking or insufficient?
Once you answer that, I can help you design the workshop.

There is no quick fix solution to increase the motivation level of employees. Outdoor event is a good option, but its effect won't last long as long it is a stand alone option. We need to evolve a system. If you are interested to engage external resources, pl contact us. We don't have magic wand and one size doesn't fits all.
We would first discuss with you, then study the environment for few days, before proposing on what can be done
