Hi All,
The monitoring body, The local complaints committee is not yet constituted.
District Administration is clueless on these aspects, still I think it will take time this rule / act become a reality and to serve the real purpose.
Till then as all we the HR people can do the formation of committees and conducting training programs for both male and females employees..

Dear Mr P.C Agarwal,
Thanks for the the update. I must congratulate and say thanks to you for many reasons. I have observed that you are the first person to update on this cite, the information as soon as it is made public by the Govt., whether it is regarding PF, Vehicle Registration etc. Indeed, we have a brother very watchful on such activities which do help us all a lot.
Thanks again.

Thanks for the sharing an important legislation. The details should be displayed in prominent places so that such attrocies do not occur , simultaneously the female colleagues should be made aware and encouraged to report in case any such thing occurs. Let us make our work places safer.
