Dear Deepti,
Don't worry. I shall definitely post it tomorrow early morning as I have made a 26 page policy for my company, hard copy is with me now but soft copy is in my personal PC at home. Relax.

Dear Anon...
The blogger only claims that the HR "came to beat him/her", the HR does not seem to have carried out the intention. Thus your advice to beat the HR outside work could lead to problems, if put into effect.

Hi Mukundan, What happened that the HR Manager reached the extreme to raise hands on you? Narrate the whole incident. Then only we will be able to advise you.

dear Chitra,

thank you for your mail. i am the briefing the incident for doing the needful at your end.

one day one of our senior manager asked me to arrange a vehicle to visit our factory at 8 pm due to some accounts auditing. accordingly i have arranged one company vehicle for him to visit plant. i have given instruction the driver of the company car. due to some domestic reason the driver could not report the duty. next day morning the hr manager asked to resin immediately and vacate the office. i do not know what happened y/day. i asked him what is the reason for resignation? he told me that the vehicle i have arranged was not reported. i immediately had a talk with our senir manager and made an appology not. he immediately responded and that's ok there is no complaint from my side.

then hr manager again came and torched me and also came to beat me. at that time i am physically unfit and not able to fight with him. when he was torchering one of my material manager came and told me to make a detailed note to our managing director (japanee). immediately i made a note addressed to our MD and cc to factory head and corporate affairs head etc. etc. after issuing that letter the corporate head called me and asked me to report a junior level person. i never discussed about this latter with md or not take any action against this hr manager. i supposed to file a police complaint against him but within the organization it is not good and if i made a complaint they immediately sack or transfer. after 3 months they transfered me to delhi from ahmedabad. when they issued a letter at that time they told me this transfer is only for 3 months but they were not bother to call me back to ahmedabad for 1 year, and after some negative approach and also mental torchering i put my resignation. now when ever i am hearing the company's name and the hr managers name my blood pressure is going high. in that company i was worked for 14 years. i left that company 3 years back. now i need a valuable suggestion from you.

I feel Mukundan should have done taken the necessary steps while on the previous job or immediately after resigning. Its 3 years since he left the previous job. What do you feel Mukundan should do at this stage? I request you to give your valuable suggestion.
