(2) for how many weeks I will get a paid leave?
(3) during the leave period is my salary going to come to my account or I have go ESIC office for Every month salary?
(4) if I will not take medical facility from ESIC hospital still I will get paid maternity leave?

To claim you can submit the expected delivery documents from doctor to HR
You have to get 26 weeks but there should be 80 days of working period
You will receive in your aaccount
Collect bills but if esic refers than you can get same benefits showing up their letter .
