Do not entertain nay anxiety. Since this is the month of April, the HRs are usually busy with the appraisals and budgetory issues etc.So wait for some time and then send them a mail. all the best.

Dear Ms. Swetadas,
No time is right to decide and wait for being heard from the interviewers. 15 days is a good amount of time for the candidate to get wane; start wondering if you'd make the interview. I suggest take a sheet and jot down the queries that you would want to inquire.
Underlined -- Donot squander much time in asking queries, often people do this mistake. You may like to know the feedback - they might have only few minutes to wrap the conversation hence quickly remind interviewer about your candidature, the status for the position you were interviewed. If the position is still open, ask if you are still being considered. These will definitely help as follow-up procedures without infuriating or consuming mush time of both parties.
All the Best..!!

Ms. Swetha - Seems like your fortitude is showing the adversity to conditions. Any which way you have denied the other offers, why do you care for the ones gone?!
They asked you to submit "Medical Fitness Report" and nothing apalling. Don't confuse, if your WILL is to pursue a career in Banking you may require to show a little more serenity.
If you still suspect, call the hiring team and check if things are in progress. Colossal thoughts keep colliding and remember not to lay over your anxiety which will bother you till the rest of time.

Swetha - You can't let go of opportunities that come your way by just keep longing to work for a desired role. Remember the saying "Time & tide waits for none" -- Do not over wait for something that has been taking time protractively. I'd markedly suggest you to persue other opportunities before everything seems finished.
You may discuss it with your well-wishers and see what they have to offer you on a better note. But, remember hear all and decide only that which you feel is correct!

Hi.. HDFC Bank is doing the same thing with me. I have submitted all the documents on 8th August 2014. However, now they are saying that some psychometric test is pending for me. I told them that I can clear the test right away...but they are still not giving me the link to psychometric test.
I have already resigned from the last organization and sitting at home.
I am looking for other opportunities also but not getting a better job offer than HDFC Bank.

Hi,
As already shared earlier, the HDFC Bank HR are trying to get me the Offer Letter on time. Salary discussion sheet has been mailed to me and I have accepted the salary. Also, as per the email I was required to mention a date when I can join. I told them clearly that I can join on 8th October. However, I haven't yet received the formal date of joining or the location. I had a chat with the HR Manager and he said that my Offer Letter is in Process. Hence, I am waiting.
I have the highest regards for HDFC Bank. I wish to join as soon as possible and prove to be an asset for the organization.
I request who all are reading this message to please help me in whatever form possible (suggestions/connections). I have a family dependent on me and it is difficult to sit at home without job.
