Dear Ananth,
I am willing to train your staff on SOFT SKILLS & SELLING SKILLS at throw away prices because i want to convey a message to those who are into SALES DOMAIN. Don't allow your SALES TEAM to deliver FALSE PROMISES or COMMIT something to your customers which you cant fulfill.
- BROADBAND INTERNET SERVICES offered by RELIANCE is horrible as they failed to keep up their promises.
- AIRTEL & RELIANCE SALES TEAM are not synchronized with their TECHNICAL TEAM
- AIRTEL & RELIANCE SALES TEAM are not CUSTOMER FOCUSED as they are only want to ACHIEVE THEIR SALES TARGETS.
- RELIANCE is collecting UPFRONT MONEY just because they are scared that their customers will not remit payment due to POOR BROADBAND INTERNET SERVICES.
CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT does not have adequate data pertaining to the Customer
Most of the time CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT failed to retrieve data from their server due to TECHNICAL ISSUES. Is this the way these companies are suppose to OPERATE.
Henceforth, Customers are cheated by FALSE PROMISES and COMMITMENTS made by SALES TEAM which they FAILED TO KEEP UP.
If these companies are generating huge revenue by CHEATING CUSTOMERS, then they are unfit to be a SERVICE PROVIDER. This will happen only in INDIA...
