Dear Harsh
The topic you would like to deliver speech must have relevancy with the audience. If the audience are your colleagues, and if you give speech on who will become prime minister or beauty tips then it will not have any use.
Rather you can select the general subject of Goal Setting, Public speaking, Personality Development, Motivation, etc., which will be useful for any type of audience.
But if you give such speech to your Management Team then select the subject of your specialisation and practice it before delivery, so that you can answer for any question being raised by your managerial team members.

Dear Mr Harsh,
Refer to the above by Mr. Bhaskar & Mr. Govind.
Whatever are you going to give the speech and presentation you have to clear about self of the object of the same.
That should be relevant to your subject and requirement of the audience as well as organization.

First of all thanks for replying, sorry for not putting my question in detail.
I 'm in a public speaking course where everyone needs to prepare for a two minute speech and that should be approx. 2mins.
Since all like friends we are concentrating on something motivational, inspiration and so on.
This is not a presentation, its just a speech in front of everyone.
So if possible could you please give me some handy speech.
Just like to add I was thinking of Arvind kejriwal however I have very less time to prepare so if anyone got some
speeches please provide, it would be really kindful.

Dear Harsh
Please do not speak what others have given you in writing. First of all you must learn what is public speaking. It is not the subject what you have to speak. It is the subject what you have to learn.
1. You should not have fear in your mind by seeing the crowd or audience.
2. You must have the confidence on the subject what you have selected to speak.
3. First and foremost thing you have to do is to seek permission from your instructor before speaking. This is the good manners.
4. Before start speaking to public just have a look on the eyes of the audience with confident and give the salutation, i.e., Very Good Morning Friends, or whatsoever it may be.
5. The start with the small story on the subject you have taken (the story can be for 30 to 45 minutes).
6. As this is the public speaking, do not use any class room tools like writing board, chart display or any other tools.
7. While finishing the speech close with some punch statement or moral of the speech.
Wish you all the best.

Thanks boss2966, however most of the tips you shared are known to me and some were really new and I thank you once again for that.
Here I 'm just asking you all people to suggest me a good topic which might be a story based on motivation, inspiration and so on.
It is just a 2mins speech, in short it should be so effective that people should remember for their lifetime.
I was asking for something in handy just because I have really short time to prepare, I hope you all understand.
I really appreciate any help provided !!
