1. NDT level I&II certification
2. BSI certification as ISO 9001 auditor
3. MBA distance in supply chain management from symbiosis
4. M.Tech in Quality engineering from Institute of Engineers(India)
pls do give some advices. as i dont want to jump from one company to others.
or is it that only experiance counts?

Hi

At the outset let me confess that I am not qualified to suggest the educational degree that you need to pursue so I shall not comment on that aspect of your query.

However I would like to first compliment you on being very clear about your professional aspirations, for having identified some suitable options and for taking the initiative to share your thoughts and seek professional help. You have therefore imbibed a very critical success attribute - taking initiative.

You have also displayed professional ethics in stating that you don't want to change jobs frequently. By breaking down you query into various parts and outlining specific queries you have also assimilated the essence of problem solving.

Let me also share my thoughts on your last 2 questions.

There is no equivalent substitute for experience and that will always be the bedrock of professional growth. The trick is to diversify your experience and marry it with vision and administrative astuteness. Professional courses would always add value to your knowledge, help you update yourself and perhaps also open your eyes to the dramatic changes happening in the profession. I would urge you to go for refresher courses and / or relevant technical courses to ensure you are ahead of your peers academically as well as in having the updated knowledge.

Personally I think you are already far ahead of your peers in your quest for professional excellence and career success. Hopefully some more qualified respondents will guide you and give you the right advice on your more specific queries above

My best wishes to you.

Respected Sir,
Thanks for those inspirig words that have given me the feathers of confidence to attain greater heights in building my career. But I would love to hear the general procedure of HRD in hiring an experianced person or giving internal promotions.
