I made the above comments before reading the whole 4-page document. I found a note on how you arrived at the Benchmark. The note is a copy from Employee performance: Do you have fizzlers or sizzlers?

Actually am doing this benchmarks for Employee Engagement survey data. If we take every parameter we need to now how good the company is in that. So a standard score on 100 which will signify that the score of being good on that particular parameter is ____.(In my chart it is 80 which is done on basis of pareto principle).
