Hi Chetan Wahi,
There are many factors on employee engagements and suggest that you identify the factors responsible for low engagement by way of
1. Observation
2. Focus interview with select employees
3. Employee Satisfaction Survey
Factors which enhance employee engagement:
1. Good Boss – employee relationship and therefore immediate supervisors - are skilled in the area of engagement improvement. Focus on building supervisory skills of the Managers is an important area.
2. Measure employee engagement to Supervisor’s performance and tie it to the compensation.
3. Stressful working conditions area barrier to engagement.
4. Create advancement opportunities.
Engagement isn't likely to "just happen." Managers at all levels of the organization need to be held responsible for improving engagement if companies expect to change. This means not only rewarding them for engaging employees but also evaluating them in terms of their ability to coach workers in ways that boost engagement.
Best wishes,
Rajat

Hi Chetan,
I found this by searching the web using key words from your query.
<link outdated-removed> ( Search On Cite | Search On Google )
This was found at employee engagement + cognitive, emotional , behavioural - Google Search=
where you will find more.
Cognitive pertains to beliefs
Emotional means how the workers feel about the co, mananger, etc.
Behavioural is the effort they put in.
Have a nice day.
