emp engagement is a huge task. For your assignement, if u can get ur hands on gallop Q12, will be good.
These days we have visiting team of gallop in our org. and i am one of the trainers for them. Emp engagement can be ascertained by classifying emp's into three categories.
1. highly engaged
2. engaged
3. disengaged
Their definations u would get in the gallop report, its a fantastic report
i have a presentaion on emp engagement, c if it helps u
