Hi
Here are few topics for your consideration
- employee conveying absence from office to team members and team leader whilst going on annual vacation
- employee seeking inputs on a project from team member and / or team leader
- explaining a delay in project completion (give a case study of the background of delay)
- apology letter to client for a goof up (give a case study for background of goof up)
- explaining to a client that the project delay is because of wrong inputs from client and delayed responses to queries from the client
You would notice that the difficulty level in drafting gets progressively more difficult and the content also gets more extensive. The flow of the email and the structuring of the thought process would also get more complicated but the learning would be more effective, especially if you can point out the subtle intricacies that make a huge difference in the emails.
Trust my suggestions will help trigger more ideas for you to work on.
