If you wish to organise a snacks party in the office, then you may prepare a draft of the office circular. What you are asking is very basic. Prepare the draft on your own and upload it here. Some senior like me will correct it. Asking for ready-made drafts is akin to spoon-feeding. While few seniors may do it, but then possibly they wish that their juniors should be spoon-fed forever.
