Dear All,
First i am inform you that, the form -11 is declaration of non contribution of PF amount from the wage/salary.
It's no need to filled all the employees, this for fill as per requirement.
any other quary then cal/ mail me.

As discussed, i am very much clear about form 11 is applicable for who is working aged above 58 yrs for non contribution of PF.

If an employee's basic is less than 6500 and he does not want to deduct pf from his wages.if we may fill form-11 not to deduct pf from his salary.kindly let me know what is compulsory in his case.
Also employee's basic salary> 6500 if compulsory to fill form-11 or not?

I left a job where i have EPF account maintained by Trust,and EPS is dealed by EPFO. My UAN is also activated.
now i join a new job, i have applied for fund withdrawl, now if i withdrawl pension fund also,what about my UAN.
Is it active further or not.
if active then can it be linked with new epf account.
