Its so nice to see all the views that given by you on payment of bonus act.
I have one concern regarding the payment of bonus act.
I am working with trading company which business indulged in selling the buses and trucks by taking the dealershio from EICHER Company.
Is the bonus applicable under trading company or shops establishment act except the factory of manufactuing goods.
