First of all, Best of luck for the work. It is good that you have a challenging task to do and it will add up to your experience. The first thing you can do as suggested by Ms. Khyati. Google will give you lot of data. Look in some material provided by Hays or similar companies, which are specialized in salary benchmarking. I will suggest first completely understand present salary structure and benefits of your company. Then get data of salary paid to employees in similar sector i.e. Wind Energy Sector, you can source this through net.
Compare your company with the data you have collected from reference companies. The comparison should be apple to apple. The comparison should have top down approach i.e. top management then flowing down up to lower management levels.
This exercise required proper understanding of the data and take time.
