Dear Friend,
Salaray is basically derived from the minimum wages of your state.
whether your comes under factories act or S.E.Act
classification will be there in the act
Inaddition of the minimum wages you can add HRA and CCA
you can get the minimum wages from
ap.labour.gov.in if andhrapradesh like that

Hi!
Salary Benchmarking is one of the several steps in a "full JE program" that my company, Emilla Consulting, implements for our clients.
This step is a very important activity for a company because it is here where it will know whether it is compliant with the second compensation principle of "external competitiveness". It is also in this activity where a job's rate are determined whether its current rate is "within market, below market, or above market".
Benchmarking means comparing the company's monthly basic and total cash salary rates (for all its position/ job titles) with the "market median rates" in a specific industry (or all industries) in a given country where the compensation data was taken and prepared.
The comparison can be made job for job or role for role, between the company's position titles and those that are covered by the survey ---- when the survey reveals the individual position titles.
A more popular methodology, however, is the comparative methodology where jobs are evaluated and rated first, before they are benchmarked with the market median rate ranges of the job grade where the position belongs --- pursuant to the total point score that it garnered (in the evaluation).
We have the capability and expertise to help a company anywhere in the world. Call us if you have budget.
Best regards from the beautiful city of Riyadh, KSA.
