It is better to go to the rural areas, identify the candidates who are economically week to proceed further studies, hire them, put them on training for 15 to 30days and deploy so that they will continue for a minimum of one or two years otherwise it will be difficult to get such candidates in the open market.

yaa true but its getting very hard for me to get them because two major reasons:- 1. New Brand name and 2. Location is Gurgaon where the working rates are already hight upto 8 to 9 k.

Hi ,
Well i m also working in retail sector and i too faced same problem after trying all source of recruitments i opt for Poaching though its unethical but most of the companies specially retail n hospitality do hire through this tactics as u get best staff at same package and can also judge the candidate as per your job specification on the spot and approach him or her to meet you at office .
