Dear Shailesh,
1. As per the Contractor act there is no sub contractor concept.
2. For example A is the Contractor B is the sub contractor A has to follow all records and license also including registers .

Dear Shailesh,
According to the definition of contractor as laid down under Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970 sub-contractor is also included in this definition. Principal Employer should issue Form V to the Sub-contractor. For their satisfaction authority may demand work order/contract deed.
