Dear Mr Bhushan,
Please help me in finding out as to which law in india defines Unskilled workman, Semiskilled workman and skilled workman. I very well understand the difference in the skills but I am looking for a legal definition either by way of any enactment or by way of judgement by apex court.
Thanks & Regards
