Dear Member,
In some state there is a Special Act and Rules for NFH. The Act and Rules provide some provision for the same. The Declaration of National and Festival Holiday changes from State to State. If any employee works on declared holiday, the employee should be compensated with overtime wages or the wages fixed by the mangement. However, employees those who are liable to get statutory overtime wages should not be compensated with fixed management compensation. The legal problem will arise.
