- Housekeeping of Building - Inside / outside- Housekeeping of outside the Company (compound walls)- Monthly audit with my Team- To Guide my team for Landscaping- To draft policies, schedule of Housekeeping- Systematic Tree Plantation (environment & other days etc.)- System, Policy for Recycling of papers etc.- Cost Reduction aspect without compromising qlty.b) Ensure alert Security System :- Selection of Security Agency- Ensure Surprise Checks : once in Qtr. with team- Streamlining reporting mechanism- Audits of security System- Contract adherence / renewal- Ensuring fire fighting demos / training with the help of HSE dept.- Draft policies and adherence to system - Training / refreshing of CSE / TLC- Cost Reduction aspect without compromising qlty.c) Canteen System :- To help team for Menu planning, Qlty. checks,- Diversity Food Calendar - Training of canteen personnel on 'energy saving, good hygiene, emergency evacuation - Refreshing Training of CSE / TLC- Draft policies and adherence to system- Contract adherence / renewal- Implementation of canteen committee suggestions- Cost Reduction aspect without compromising qlty.d) Guesthouse Systems :- Draft policies, guideline and adherence to system - Refreshing Training of CSE / TLC - Training on 'energy saving, good hygiene practices, emergency evacuation- Contract renewal- Streamline / tie-ups with hotels- Cost Reduction aspect without compromising qlty.e) Transport Facility- Draft policies, guideline and adherence to system- Planning Routes etc.- Training to drivers regarding CSE / TLC- Training on fuel saving & road safety- Contract renewal- Cost Reduction aspect without compromising qlty.f) Coordination between HR & ADMN Dept. :- To help HR Dept. for legal compliance etc.- (if required) liasoning with Govt. Firstly you need to send mail to your all employees regarding the booking of tickets they need to inform you before 10 days or 2 weeks for train & air ticket because this depends on availblity .
send the format to all people in which they send you all details like Name , Age , Sex , mode of travel , there elegibilty , there reporting officer approvel , date of travelling .
Then contact a travel agent and book your tickets by them

To manage total house keeping services of our offices like cleaning of common area, garbage collection and disposal, deep cleaning etc. for keeping the premises neat and clean.
