Dear Asamit,
ESI is Contribution of Employee. Whose gross salary is below 15000, eligible for it. A employee has contributed 1.75% of its Gross Salary. An Employee can get all type of Medical Facility for his family and his thru it.

Dear All,
Sub: Employee absent more than three months
I am working in engineering services company as HR .one of my employee family two months back met an accident,but my employee is safe.she is not coming office past two months.when i called to her ,she is saying i am looking my husband.he is in one month back critical position,but now he is in cure.
My superior saying if any employee coming after three months at that time treated as a new joinee .Is there any law regarding this one,please inform and any one give me suggestion.

What does it mean dat the employee whose salary is below 15000 r eligible 4 ESI then what abt the employees whose earning is above 15000/-.....................

Greetings of the day!
As per amended act, the employee whose earnings are below 15000 per month are eligible for ESI for that employee has be to contribute 1.75 % of the his salary and employer has to be pay 4.75%.
Employees, are getting above 15000 per month are not eligible for ESI. In that case normally most of the employers provides insurance or medical facility to their employees but this is only discretion of the management.

Dear All
I am working an construction company one of our contractor who is working with us two and half month and not get to salary in his labour and left the organization without any information and notice.
The company has take decision to given the labour payment in the form of their balance one and half month (full and final) payment, some of worker around 11 no. has taken their payment and balance 12 no. is deney the payment they told we have not taken payment we are the employees of company.
please tell me what is the procedure of contractor labour if controctor left the organization.
