Hi All,
I joined a company which was established in 2013 dec under karnataka shops and establishment act. Its a finance and brokerage company. They selected me as HR, its been two months, my CEO told me to make an HR Manual to the company. Here almost 21 employees are working and we are hiring the people this year. So sir told once we cross number of employees to 25 we will start the PF process be ready with all the process. I am fully confused because i dont have any seniors to take advise. I have no idea how to begin the process of HR Manual and PF. Please can anyone help me out of this. From where will i get PF Forms and how will i make Manual. What all very important things to add and how will i start PF process.
Please help me anyone.
