ok..in that case..Visual representation of how a firm intends authority, responsibility, and information to flow within its formal organizational structure. It usually depicts different management functions (accounting, finance, human resources, marketing, production, R&D, etc.) and their subdivisions as boxes linked with lines along which decision making power travels downwards and answerability travels upwards. Also called organizational chart.

You can make the chart more easy to understand by subordinates and the reporting person..clearly mention the name of the employee and followed by the designation..if the designation is not filled then just apply designation only..make the alignment properly and the boxes should be in sizes according to the levels.

make the top level bit highlighting so it can be easily recognized..if project engg holds the same level u can fix it in one single box it self..no need to mention as seperate if they hold same designation..

the level makes the significate role in the chart..hope it will help you..

Hi,
Nice and clear chart.
Apart from feedabcks by others, it will help if we can put designations in the 2nd line i.e. along with the name of function because as per chart after Director the next designation is either Manager/Sr. Engineers/CA... even if some Level is put, it would become more clearer. Here I am not clear whther Manager Sales & Operations is Equivalent to Sr. Project Engineer - projects or not (knowing this may not be necessary but puttingup levels/grades might give more understanding because at times there is different in designation names based on diverse functions.
This is a functional structure.
Regards,
Rahul
