The company you have mentioned is a product development or a maintenance based firm? The hierarchy may remain the same, but the designations and number of levels would be very different.

Do you need only name of designation!!!
Inputs from otyhers are quite valid.
If structure is finalised it shouldn't be problem...
Some designation are:
