Hi vijay,
you can consider doing a course certified by a credible orgn. SAP or SIEMENS will be a good bet. Once you are a certified professional, you will get a lot of very good offers.
the course however is slightly expensive ranges from about 1.5 lakhs to 3 lakhs, but its totally worth it.

Hi vijay,
if u have anyway planned to do a course in SAP, then you need a good process knowledge in the HR functions such as Payroll, Time management, e recruitment etc.,
u need not 'study' anything literally. u have to observe and learn
