Market is good for SAP HR. AS you have enough functional experience it will be fetching point.
try to get refferences(friends) from some companies and try through them.

Hi vijay,
you can consider doing a course certified by a credible orgn. SAP or SIEMENS will be a good bet. Once you are a certified professional, you will get a lot of very good offers.
the course however is slightly expensive ranges from about 1.5 lakhs to 3 lakhs, but its totally worth it.

U take good decision in this time because HR field is unlimited quantity work when the opportuinities has been changed fastly at this time even HR will be catch the new technology.
As ur choice, within 9 years experience, SAP-HR is full valuable course in market. U shall learns this course in reputed institutes like as siemens, SAP Institutes at Bangalore.
This course are available at Hyderabad (ameerpet circle) as suitable fees are upto 20,000/-
After learning the course,U can understand what differences which the taks before position. U will enrich ur work, and get hike salary within ur company and best offers from outside organisations.

Hi vijay,
if u have anyway planned to do a course in SAP, then you need a good process knowledge in the HR functions such as Payroll, Time management, e recruitment etc.,
u need not 'study' anything literally. u have to observe and learn
