Hi,
The statutory deduction for PF is 12% if an employees basic salary and dearness allowance is less than Rs.15,000. You have to be a contributory member of PF. For ESI the gross should be less than or equal to Rs. 21000, then the employee can contribute 1.75% of his gross. I am also attaching a calculation sheet for PF, ESI deduction.
Refer the link for PF/ESI forms https://www.stacowiki.in/en/acts/st-...ident-fund-pf/ You can simplify & automate this process by adopting a payroll software. greytHR https://www.greythr.com/in/features/...y-compliances/ is that preferred software, which helps to organize and streamline all the payroll related activities. It automates all the complex processes of statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.,), eliminating the risks of manual error.
