I m 100% OPPOSE of this new wage ciling from 10000 to 15000, I agree with others who are working in differenct company and suffering from huge esic deduction from salary which is no use. Majority of the employees are paying lots of money in esic deduction but there is lac of facility in esic Hospital and unavilability of the doctors etc. I have seen many employees are not taking the benefits of ESIC & also always unsatisfied about their deduction of ESIC which is of 0 use to them.
I would like to request everyone pls oppose this law by sending ur objection to the mentaion ADD :-

i have a question sir,,,,
i m working in a co. from 2005 to till date. meanwhile after revising the esic range, i.e 10000, i get out from the esic range as my new salary is rs 12000/-,
the again esic range revised 10000 to 15000, i m again covered in esic range, but by esic consultant fault, he issuing me new esic no.
In Dec 2011, i get maternity leave for four months, from dec to apr 11. when i go to esic local office for claiming my maternity benefit, they said this is your new number and your nine months are not complete as my new esic code month is from may 11.
but if you take a look on my previous record, i m working in this co from 2005 to till date.
please suggest can i able to get my maternity benefit.
Waiting for your valuable suggestion.
Thanks
