Dear All,
As per the recent notification received from the Ministry of Labour & Employment the gross limit for ESIC deduction has been raised from Rs. 10000/- per month to Rs. 15000/- per month. This means that ESIC shall be deducted in case of all those employees having a monthly gross less than and equal to Rs. 15000/-. Please go through the enclosed file for more details.
This notification will be effective 1 May 2010.
