We have appraisals in the next month. I would like to know the general questions in a face to face meeting with an employee once after completion of self appraisal and teamlead appraisal on that employee.
What are the questions we generally put to them and wht other information we have to collect from them regarding the rating given by thier team lead/ If they are not agreeing with the rating given by teamlead wht should be the next process to be done?
