My priority would be the ones that are less costly but with much impact. We have birthday cakes,50% refund on external training, immunisation, hospital visits,children/staff party, long service wards, limo for staff member wedding, and star bonds.

Hi,

Below is a motivational booster which you can try with your team.

-------------------------------------------------------

Many companies give an Employee of the Month award, but rewards that are given immediately have more impact. So, add to your award treasure chest, an - Employee of the Moment - award.

An - Employee of the Moment - award can be a pass-around award that the person keeps until the next - Employee of the Moment - is rewarded. The award can either be given by supervisors or by co-workers who notice another employee going above and beyond the call of duty, doing something exceptionally well, or skillfully handling a difficult situation.

Buy a clock with a "Happy Face" on it for your - Employee of the Moment - Pass-Around Award. When the award is given, include an award appreciation card that the employee can keep, written by the person giving the award (either supervisor or co-worker). To make the award giving more fun - sound an alarm clock to get everyone's attention before giving the award.

Dear Meenkashi.
Indeed a good suggestion & unique too..
Geofree,
You can introduce a few hobby clubs, may be sports, drawing, arrange for some singing or fitness classes, dance classes also if ur employees are interested.
You can plan dinner or outings for various workgroups who interact often with each otehr in office.. choose what suits best to ur org structure.
Also you can have some games, skits, organised during ur bday bash gatherings..

Hi All!
Award for every month is really a good idea. The second thing is that it will get motivated for other employees and the person who got the award that he should sustain.
Once this is done a annual or a half yearly company gathering needs to be done with the top management present in the gathering.
There we can give the award once again to the employee who has sustained himself in getting the best employee for three or four consecutive months.
This motivates everybody as the award is being given by the top management.
