Totally fake...as kiranair said present days & total days in a month should be mentioned on salary slips with company logo, pf no, emp. code. etc.

Appears to be fake; some important points:
1. as mentioned by others, attendance details are missing
2. employee number has not been mentioned
3. loan deduction is exceptionally high @ 75% of basic pay
4. it is normal to mention designation, and even department, on the pay-slip
5. reputed companies normally used logo in pay-slips
Thats my thinking :-)

Hi Mosi,
Hope you closed this case as a FALSE salary slip. As our folks said its a 100% FAKE salary slip. Hope you would have aware Ministry of Corporate Affairs (WWW.MCA.gov.in)link "http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/CompanyNameSRAction.do" the sais company was registered under " Japan Air Lines Co.LTD., " only but if you see the salary slip he had mentioned that 'Japan Air Lines International Co.Ltd' so here we can catch hold of this person.
Best Regards,
Suresh Kovvuri.

Dear Mosi,
Certain companies do nothave the practise of giving salary slips. Just becuase employees demand, they have no choice but issue a salary sdlip that is created with no basic knowledge of salary structuring.
I believe their concept is - as long as you get the salary why worry about teh salary slip.
So try talking to HR department and lett hem know that the structuring looks different. If they are people with no knowledge on salary structuring, you will get to know it the way they handle the issue.
AND: if this a salary slip submitted by a candidate during interview - Please call the HR and confirm teh salary details. You may want to do a call and say that you are from a bank and wanted to confirm the salary details - and take the conversation forward.
I have tried this - it worked :-) and found out when someone faked their salary slip while attending interview.
Thanks,
